This Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie is a variant one of my favorite summer treats–Yogurt Pie. It is so quick to whip together, taking only five minutes to assemble! Not to mention, yogurt pie is one of those simple, sweet pleasures on a hot summer day.
Made of delicious pre-made graham cracker crust, yogurt, and Cool Whip, this refreshing and light dessert appeals to the pickiest of eaters, and can be adapted easily. For instance, change it up by making a crust with your favorite cookie, substituting flavored yogurt, or topping the pie off with different snacks.
As a frozen pie, I can set and forget it. Whether I want to serve it all at once or slice by slice, it keeps beautifully in the freezer.
Hope you enjoy this Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie as much as I do!

Easy no-bake freezer pie that can be whipped together in five minutes and stores in the freezer for weeks, if you don't gobble it up before then. This recipe is extremely adaptable: use whatever flavor of yogurt you like, change up the toppings, or even make your own crust with your favorite cookies.
